Party Like It’s 1905: Vintage New Year’s Postcards

The New Year is approaching, and it’s time to party (and also look at fun New Year’s postcards). Whether you plan to freeze your ass off in Times Square or watch the ball drop from the comfort of your couch, there’s something magical about New Year’s Eve. You can let your party animal loose, dance like no one is watching, and drink to high heaven. When the clock strikes midnight, fireworks ring in the New Year around the world while you curl up with your hunny for a kiss. When the celebrations are over, it’s time for reflection.

What was amazing about the past year, and what sucked the big one? How are you going to make this year better than the last? Go on, write those resolutions, even if you don’t end up fulfilling most of them. It’s the thought that counts! Like you, millions of people in the past had hopes for a prosperous New Year and celebrated the holiday in style.
